This is an academic exercise carried out in SHIFTA's UX writing postgraduate course and Holafly is used as an alternative to optimize communication in the Holafly chatbot.

Role

For this exercise I also participated as a UX writer in creating the script for the conversational chatbot, including a template to define the use case.

Solution

It was identified that the conversational chatbot script would serve to answer users' most frequently asked questions quickly and efficiently, before choosing the personalized attention option.

Design a script that captures a conversational experience, from start to finish, between a virtual assistant of a recommendations application and a user.
