From an academic exercise I participated as a UX writer in the creation of the content proposal to improve the user experience on this page.
Solution
The solution includes researching the archetype that best represents Trustpilot, its mission and corporate principles.
With this information, the content proposal seeks to convey confidence in the message, with a neutral, close and transparent tone of voice that guides the user to continue browsing the website.
